1. App Usage

By using The Real Moy app, you agree to comply with all local angling regulations on the River Moy.

2. Permits & Payments

All permit sales are final and processed securely via CastPay using Stripe. Digital permits must be presented to authorized Water Keepers upon request. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

3. Data Collection (Privacy)

We collect your Email, Name, and User ID via Firebase to secure your account and manage permits. We also collect precise location data to provide map features. All data is encrypted in transit and handled according to GDPR standards.

4. Account Deletion

Users have the right to delete their account and all associated data. To request deletion, please email castpaydesign@gmail.com. Upon request, your profile, purchase history, and catch reports will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Liability

The Real Moy and CastPay provide a digital booking service and are not liable for any incidents occurring on the riverbank.
